First two month free, but billed?

Hi.

Just returned to an Exetel service, having moved back to the city. I took up the 12 month contract with the first two months free, but have just received a bill for the first month. Is the discount applied later?

Hi Michael,

Yes, since you were only issued a prorated invoice, the 2 free months credit will be applied to your next 2 full monthly invoices.
