Changing plans

Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place

Im thinking I might like to change plans, how can I do this and see what plans are available please

I have searched through 'My Exetel' but have not found anywhere I can do this
I would also like to be able to read about plan changing and if there are any costs associated with it and whether I can revert to my original plan if I am not satisfied with the new plan ( I am thinking of changing to a lower speed plan but unsure if it will suit me)

Hi,

The plan change options are available on the My Exetel portal. Please follow the below steps to access.

1. Log in using the credentials
2. Click on services & usage
3. Next to the NBN service number there is an option as "manage". Please click on this.
4. Then select the tab "change plan"

You will be able to read regarding the plan changing options on this page and it will also advise if there is a cost involved.
