Hi Exetel,
I've been with Exetel since 2009, but my ever reducing ADSL download speed dropping to a laughable 0.5Mbps was the last straw to continue.
I've emailed Exetel a cancellation request on 21/07/2019 and received a reply with ticket reference 15691617 on 23/07/2019, confirming the request was "forwarded to another team".
22 days later, still no response. It'll be my 28 days cancellation notice on 20/08/2019.
Since then, I've been debited $49.90 on 01/08/2019.
Please advise of progress status and the prorata refund of unused period, as my cycle is from 14th to 13th. Thanks.
