Automatically receive invoices via email

Hi there,

I cannot find an obvious way to have invoices sent to an email address when they are generated.

It would save on our printing, good for the environment

You don't need to print them, you can always save them as a pdf?

I would like to receive an email continaing our bill every month. This saves time having to log into the website. Can this be accomplished?

At this time it is not an option. All of your invoices are stored in the user facilities.

I would also appreciate receiving my invoice by email. Surely whatever batch process produces the invoices could check if the customer wants the email, and if so send it.

If this were to be implemented it would be useful (for me) to have the option of having the invoice(s) emailed to a different address than the main one.
This is because while I look after a number of accounts/services wrt technical and plan selection, I'm not the one who pays the bills and keeps records in all cases.

Me too. It is much easier to automatically extract a pdf from an email message than it is to automate login to a web site and download and save an invoice, and I don't have to save by password in a text file either.

We'll have a look at the 'burden' and see what can be done.

Automatically emailing invoice function has been done for current business SHDSL customer. We will consider adding it to all cusotmers.
