Being charge for long distance calls with other provider.

Hi,

When i apply for my ADSL2 connection i've selected Exetel as my long distance calls but then when i received my 1st invoice i had been charged with $10. I believe there this is an error, can i have this look at please??

Hi,

I still havent heard from the billing team since i email my enquiry 2 days ago, could someone please find out why i had been charged $10 for using long distance calls with other provider when i select Exetel for my long distance calls?

What is the ticket number for this issue?
It should be in the subject of the auto reply from Billing.
