Wrong usage meter for VOIP

Hi,

I have notice the VOIP usage meter is intermittence incorrect through out this month. I had to email the billing department 3 times this month for my the incorrect voip usage. They manage to fixed it but after a few days its wrong again. Today my voip shown i was charge with $5 for 50 intercapital voip calls. With my plan i get 100 free intercapital voip calls. Why is it always so convenient for Exetel to have the billing stuff up near the invoice time? i already had 1 stuffed up last month with my phone invoice and was told it will be fix in this month invoice. Can you please fix up my invoice before you send out the incorrect one for this month?
