I have sent an email about this issue but forgot about the ticket system. I logged in to that to open a ticket, but my email address does not come up, and without that I can't submit a ticket. The problem is that I have already been billed for October, but on the 2/11/2009 there was an amount billed to my credit card with no supporting invoice showing on my members page. How do I go about clearing up this issue please?
