I took this information to mean that i could make payments by EFT (bpay), surely if this is not correct why is it on the front of my bill !!!!

I understand the need to keep costs down when running this type of ISP, and I know there is not a lot of margin but surely there is a way to pay your bills in advance. If i could i would keep my bill at least 2 months in credit at all times.

Also this thread has been on the boards since the 3rd of February, thats 12 days ago, ive had more responses today than any other time, simply amazed.

Are you on a residential or business grade service?

If residential please refer to clause 10.4 of Terms and Conditions
10.4 The Customer may pay by one of the payment methods as set out in the payment notification, on the back of the invoice or on Exetel's websites. For residential grade services, payment can only be made by direct debit or credit card.

Sable, I understand that now, and as i said ive changed my details with my bank and cancelled the eft payment,
you still haven't answered the questions ive asked.

Why does my bill have EFT on it if it is not available to residential customers ?

Why cant I view payments that i have made ?

Why cant i pay my bill in advance ?

If you had read the WHOLE thread you would have realised this, before responding.


what i am after is a screen that shows all payments debits and credits, so i can see whether im in front of behind in my payments
Well that was silly, we don't have the ability for you to make additional payments, nor do your invoices for the last few months have any payment details of our bank account.

Do you have a billing reference number I can have a look at for you?

Click on �View Your Invoices� then click on your ADSL/Wireless and/or Telephone invoice link.
