can Exetel staff clarify following fee structure I can see for my plan detal in user portal?
Plan Type: NAK2A
Monthly Access Charge: $45.00
Service Surcharge: $5.00
What is this service surchage $5 and is it payable to me from now on?

Exetel increased the prices of out-of-contract services, such as NAK2 plans, by $5 from April. Just think of it as a $50 monthly access charge. You might want to consider the newer Z/NoTel plans too as you might find ones in there for cheaper and/or with more download quota. Since no new infrastructure is involved in a NAK2 -> Z/NoTel changeover, it would simply be a billing change and no new contract would apply
