I'm on a naked internet plan with VoIP, and a single DID,
last month was fine i was charged 4 dollars something for the calls I made but this month I was charged 5 dollars and it is listed as a minimum monthly charge on my phone bill.
Could someone please explain that to me?

I also have the same problem. I was charged $4.67 as the minimum monthly charge although I only have 1 DID.
I emailed billing on Thursday 1/07/2010 in the afternoon and have not yet had a response.
How many people work in billing and how long normally does a person have to wait for a response?
