VOIP Billing query

Is the following a Billing error ?

I got charged $5 for VOIP pack VP1 as well as being charged for $2.84 which was the total of my VOIP calls.
I don't actually have VP1 enabled so I'm not sure how that has appeared.

I got charged for VP4 this month which I have not had for some months, I sent an enquiry to billing@exetel.com.au - awaiting response suggest you do the same
