VOIP Pack not updating

I have a VOIP pack for international calls to India. All of this month's calls to India have not registered with the voip pack.

I've already sent a query to billing (on monday), but nothing has happened so far.

Anyone else having problems?

I’ve asked someone from our billing team to respond to you.
