Account Change Over

Hi,

I changed from 1500A plan to the TE2E plan,

I know its just turned the 1st of the month but I have received the speed change but my plan is still reading 1500A and the TE2E change is still PENDING.

As such I still only have a 30GB limit as opposed to the 100gb limit that I am supposed to have.

Can someone look into this for me?

If the plan and limit hasn't righted itself by tomorrow, I suggest you email residentialsupport@exetel.com.au to get it looked into
