I'm currently being billed too much per month (as apposed to what I signed up for and printed the page on signup!) for ADSL2 but raised ticket# 4012609 on 1st June and am yet to have any response, despite multiple emails from myself and a phone call.
Is there any chance this can be solved prior to me being charged too much again at the end of the month?
Note: For official invoice and billing responses use email@example.com
