I noticed that there is a VoIP calling - 0280905260 - 2 calls - $20.55 in my account.
I want to say this call did not get through. That day I used my telephone to call a mobile(No. is 0411453665), but no body answered, so I just left the telephone on the table without hunging up. the mobile never pick up the call and answer, so the calling did not get through to the mobile.( in the mobile calling record shows 1 missed call from 0280905260 at that time).
Since the call did not get connection to the mobile, I think the charge of $20.55 for this call is unreasonable. please remove this charge.
I have writen an email to the bill@exetel.com.au, but nobody give me answer.

billing@exetel.com.au is the correct address, I hope you sent the message there. They will always reply with a ticket number. Give them a few days, and if you don't get an answer reply to their email, preserving the number in the header.

Well its obvious, by that bill that you had a connection, even though it was no good and to leave the phone going with a bad connection is a no-no.yscao67 wrote:Hi,
