Home access exempt bill

Post by bigshow » Fri Sep 02, 2011 3:40 am

Anyone know what Home Access Exempt is? I've been billed $6.50 per month for it and back charged for the past 3mths.

I will ask the appropriate person to give you a full explanation.

I think you will find that they are additional services you had on your telephone line when you were with Telstra that Telstra's billing system has only just caught up with billing Exetel for.

When you transferred the billing of the line you automatically transferred the additional chargeable services.

Check your last Telstra/other supplier bill to see what these charges are.

OK, thanks for looking into it.

I previously had completely standard Telstra homeline budget $20.95 and never made or received a PSTN call on it.

We will need to liaise with Telstra wholesale on this to get a definitive answer.

Could you please email your PSTN service number to chriss@exetel.com.au

Please be advised this issue has been rectified. Our billing mistake.
This won't be charged in future and any previous charges will be refunded.
