Question about OT-100

Hi,
Just a question about my plan. When I go to member's area, it says the following:
Your Telephone Plan Details
Standard Australian Call Rates
Line Rental: $ 20.00 Local calls: 20 cents (untimed)
National calls: 15 cents per min * Calls to mobiles: 35 cents per min *
13/1300 Calls: 30 cents per call International Calls: click here
* These calls incur a connection charge of 35 cents per call
# included in this plan is 9,000 minutes worth of FREE calls. Calls included in this 9,000 minutes are National Calls, Local Calls and Calls to Optus Mobiles.
What I want to know is if firstly the OT-100 does in fact include 9,000 minutes of free calls and whether the free calls include the connection fee or not? I was under the impression based elsewhere that the OT-100 plan didn't even include free calls, so I must admit I am a bit miffed
