Mobile Call Itemisation Missing

Hi

I contacted Billing last month and the reply was not adequate to my question on why is itemisation missing from my invoice for my 3 mobile services.

I was told I can login under the individual services and view current and past usage. I have tried this today and only current and last is available via the Mobile Meter. Prior to that they are available on invoices is what I am use to and what I require.

Why has it changed ? I was told it is to help the environment. It is electronic and I require the itemisation.

If the itemisation is not going to show on the invoice when will it be available to view via the secure account login screen so that I can view previous history for each service ?

I am more concerned that I can only view 2 months worth of usage at the moment and it was very convenient to show as itemised on the monthly account with my home and ADSL.

We're also having trouble with the disappearance of mobile bill itemisation. 'We' being my son and myself on two separate ADSL services, each with a mobile plan.

The new invoices have none, the current month has what it has to date, and 'view previous month' shows the right form but with zero information about the previous month, on both the abovementioned services.

I realise you're still implementing the new 'month behind' system, but there was no mention that the new system would result in loss of itemised bills. As others have said, this belongs on invoices where you can refer to it later, perhaps months later, if need be.

Are we now expected to have saved the webpage to keep records of calls in previous months before the next bill? Very strange if this is seen as an 'improvement'.
