Another relocation

Hi guys,

It is the end of our lease and the owner is moving back so we had to move again.

We are currently on AZ-1Tb(with telephone) plan/no contract. I had a look in the member's facility but didn't find an easy "relocate service" option.

Just want to confirm a few things first before we decide what to do.

1. can we relocate AZ-1Tb(w/ telephone) plan or do we have to sign up another plan?

2. how long does it take for a new sign-up service/relocated service to be activated nowadays?

3. pioneer discount can still be transferred to our next service?
