Blocked Internet - 72 hr grace period

I've had to make use of the 72hr grace period on my service, however the new Exetel website doesn't show the checkbox the old website had, to activate the grace period.
Has the checkbox moved?

Please note at the moment we are facing some technical issues with the website. However we are able to see that your service is now unblocked for the next 72 hours.

Exetel apologize for the inconvenience caused.
