unable to view bills and no responce from Billing

Hi All
I have recently joined the Exetel family, I had very bad experience with Iprimus while moving and after 8 years decided there was better value and thought I would give Exetel a go.
We got the phone lines moved over with no issues and our ADSL is pending waiting for an ADSL port, a whole other saga :cry:
I got a mail nearly a week ago with the amounts due on each line I assume but I am unable to see an invoice or any details on the costs on these or to see which invoice corresponds with which line, I mailed billing twice but had no response, reference Exetel Billing #8266086
just hoping I can get this fixed, as I am starting to regret moving to Exetel as I am not getting responses to my issues.

Well its just about COB in Perth and no response, lets hope I hear back about it tomorrow
