Manual VISA payments fault in user portal

I paid an invoice a week ago which was for $202.13 But when I tried to enter the correct invoice amount into the field I was limited to 5 characters or 202.1 and the extra 3 at the end I was prevented from entering due to the way your website creator has limited the field length to 5 digits.

To make the payment I rounded the amount up to 203 that way the invoice was fully paid and I should have been 87 cents in credit. Because accounts did not see an exact match of the owed amount being paid I have had many issue and then cancellations of the amount and right now the User portal says I have not paid and that my service is suspended for non payment. Errr anyone awake in the billing department? Must be asleep as I have not had any human reply to my email to them on the matter either yesterday or today.

To summarize;
(a) Because the web site creator limited the VISA dollars amount payment field to 5 digits he forgot that invoices come with decimal places and then 2 digits for the cents. That's OK up until your bills go over $99.99 then you are blocked from putting exact cents amounts in. That is the main problem this post is about.

(b) The system blocked me from entering the exact amount required for paying an invoice. Never do that as Exetel can't seem to handle an excess payment on the basis of the 4 fresh invoices I have received.

Hopefully this will be fixed so other paying customers are not messed up.

If you have sent an email stating this it will be looked into with the help of our Developers and someone from the billing team will get back to you.
