Not receiving Invoice emails

Hello,

I am new to Exetel and have had 2 invoices generated for my service over the last week but not received them via email.

My email address is correct in the Member panel and I have the option ticked in "Information from Exetel".

Any ideas?

I will ask the billing team to look in to this and update you.

Thank you for that!

I may also note that I have subscribed to all the notification alerts and haven't received anything from the other categories either.

Hi

This has been escalated to the Development team to check further and for rectification.

In the meantime, you can view/download the invoices from the member's account.
