No reply to email regarding billing

I have already posted this, but for some reason I was redirected to log in again. I apologise if the topic shows up twice.

I emailed billing@exetel.com.au a few days ago with a query about a bill, but have not had a reply yet, or an acknowledgement.

Is there any way to know if they received my email?

I cannot see any recent inquires to billing team. You will have to send the inquiry again.

Annoying, because I sent it directly from the "contact us"part of the web page and don't have it in my Sent folder. Ok, will have to look up the details once again and email.

Yeah I have found emails to billing have a response rate that can best be described as sporadic. However if you use the online ticket system (https://helpdesk.exetel.com.au/), they have always responded promptly to me.

I'm not sure what you mean by reference number. The last email I send actually got a reply, an automated one, with the number 8439714 in the subject, which I presume is a ticket number.
Still no actual reply yet.

That is exactly what we are look in to. I have already informed to the billing team and they will respond to you via the same ticket.
