Cancelled account - still getting invoice information

I cancelled my Exetel account on 30/09/2014 effective 30/10/2014 and I'm still getting SMS and emails about Exetel invoices.
I've emailed billing several times but I continue to get messages. Can someone at exetel who knows what they are doing please take care of this. Account 226499.

I have a similar situation. My account was successfully cancelled however I was still charged for this month despite cancelling the service prior to the start of this month.

Could I please get refunded the amount I was charged for this month.
