Cancel service

Post by The Rock » Wed Apr 15, 2015 1:54 pm

Hi there,

I need to cancel my service.

Can you please tell me how I go about this (without having to ring up the call centre and sit on hold...if possible). I can't see anywhere in the member portal where I can cancel it?

Thanks

Likewise,

I am moving overseas and would like to cancel my ADSL account.
I have emailed twice and no response. Could you please let me know how this can be done.

Thanks.

You may drop an email to residentialsupport@exetel.com.au and it will be dealt with accordingly.
