Just advising I changed my plan last month to the 500GB anytime Quota and (received confirmation) from my 100GB anytime Quota. Checked account and have noticed you have changed it to your new service plans 100GB 50GB Peak 50GB off Peak. I know for a fact that I did not AUTHORIZE or select this plan. Your new 1TB Plan is more than the 500GB anytime plan. I request that the plan be changed to my request of 500GB anytime quota or back to my original 100GB anytime Quota. the matter will be in the hands of the TIO if this is not done. Considering transferring my services if not satisfied with response
