You can find out by logging in to your members area via https://www.exetel.com.au/myexetel

Navigate to 'Services & Usage', click on 'Manage' opposite the ADSL service number and then click on the tab 'Change Plan'.

I doubt there would be any charges to change the plan at the moment but you can take a look there.

Been there done that,

obviously you gave advice without checking first yourself that the answer was there.

If you are referring to the service you are posting from then no you will not be charged for a change in plan right now.

the place where the exact terms and conditions are spelt out for the customer.
