Thinking about switching plans

I am currently on an "old" plan that was $33 which also has the $10 surcharge making it $43 per month.
In MyExetel I can see that I can now switch to A - Standalone - 300 GB plan for a fee of $19.99 and the new monthly charge will be $39.99.

I just want to confirm if I do make this switch the $10 surcharge won't carry over as well??

Hi Jasmin,

The surcharge will be removed once you switch to a new plan.

I could see the plan change request you have made from the current Plan AAA to the requested Plan A - Standalone - 300 GB. Once this is submitted, you will get a confirmation about the completing dates. since this is under the same infrastructure, there shouldn't be any service down time.
