Hi guys, I have switched to NBN but am still being charged for ADSL.
I rang to sort the problem out a couple of weeks ago and they said I needed to send an email requesting my ADSL to be cancelled and for the bill to be adjusted, I think I may have typed in the incorrect email address as i haven't had a response.
Could somebody please follow this up for me as the invoice is due to be billed on the 1st of June and it needs to have the adjustment made.

It now seems my nbn connection is being canceled instead of my adsl connection.

As informed via email and telephone conversation, your ADSL service has been cancelled and a pro-rata credit has been arranged.
