Transfer from ADSL2 to FTTN plans

Postby gong_guy on Sat Jun 25, 2016 1:57 pm

Hello

My area went live this week for FTTN, I would like to do a transfer from my ADSL2 plan to an NBN plan very soon.

A few questions.

How do I do that ? In the User Area or do I go through the new sign up process?

Can I do it without a substantial break in service?

Do I have to give the 30 days notice on ADSL or do I just switch over?

I would like to transfer my phone number and buy a modem from Exetel too.

Lastly ... Do I keep my Pioneer Discount? :D

Hi,

You could con tact our ales department on (02) 8030 1000 - Option 1 OR on 1300 393 835 - Option 1 and speak to them where all your queries will be answered. Alternately you could PM me the details of your existing service details and your mobile number and we can arrange someone to call you on it.
