Plan change not taking effect?

Hi there,

I submitted a plan change to upgrade from 25/5 500GB Fibre to the 100/40 500GB Fibre on Tuesday (12/7/16) to get in before the 14/7 to allow for the plan to be upgraded after the 14/7 ticked over, however I received no confirmation email, and upon checking my plan today, I am still registered on the 25/5 500GB plan.

When can I expect this change over to be done? Based on what I read in my account, it should have taken effect after the 14/7, however this is not the case?

Please be advised that if the plan change was submitted successfully, this should come in to effect from the 14th of July. Kindly PM your service number to further investigate this.
