No-one is responding to my billing enquiry

Hi Exetel,

I have sent a question about being excessively charged for a mobile call nearly a month ago now.
I received the ticket # 11485210 , but no communication since then. I have repeatedly send messages to billing and complaints, but no response.

Can someone please look at it. Seems like Exetel ignore the hard questions until they are brought to light in the forum.

PS For those who are reading this, I accidentally dialled yes124 - a premium call. It was connected for 28 minutes a charge of over $30. Considering it is an operator call, the operator would have hung up immediately not having a response. Why did the call go for 28 minutes?

Please send me the emails you sent to billing/complaints, this seems very odd.
