Account unpaid?

I've just received an email from you, telling me that my account is unpaid and overdue.

This is not correct; you deducted the payment in question from my bank account on March 28.

Is there an issue within your accounting department?

Looking more closely at this matter, you included a statement of account with your email.

That statement of account clearly shows that you have received my payment. It also clearly shows that the balance due is $0.00.

It would seem that there may be some sort of an issue within your accounts department.

Dear Stark,

I have checked on your account and yes, all payments are up to date.
It seems there's been some sort of an issue with the automated notification system.
I can see that you have sent an email to our Accounts Receivable team as well.
They will also check on this and will send you a confirmation email.
