Waiting for VOIP cutover since DECEMBER and being double billed!!!

I moved to the NBN in December and have been charged for NBN and ADSL each month since.

I have sent a number of emails to Billing and the last two have been totally ignored.

The existing landline phone service is from Exetel so I don't understand why it is taking months and months to switch an existing Exetel service to the Exetel VOIP service.

This is costing me money.

And I don't like being ignored, especially as I have been with Exetel since 2006.

10 days further on and still no updates and no VOIP.

But still getting billed...
