Overcharged - No Reply From Billing Team

Hello All,

I emailed billing department 10 days ago regarding a wrongly applied charge on my bill. I received an automated reply and then nothing. After 7 days I emailed billing again - again no reply was forthcoming. I have been with Exetel for over 10 years but I am starting to wonder whether Exetel will serve my purposes into the future.

#14858226 is the job number. Can somebody please investigate where it is now?

Please accept our apologies for the delay in your provided billing reference. I have checked the ticket and it is in progress. I will internally escalate this with them to have a quick check and reply to you.

Thank you. I'm not trying to rush you, I need to hear some updates now and then though. Otherwise it's hard to know where we are in the process.
