Hi, I've moved and have had 2 connections for a while. Now I need to cancel the NBN account at my old address. I couldn't find any way to cancel the account online which is weird as I would have thought it was a common thing these days? I have emailed residential support, but haven't got a response yet, only the automated one.
1. How long does it take to hear back from billing?
2. Is there a way I can do the cancellation online through my exetel?
