Location Affected: Neutral Bay, NSW

Start time of event: 02-02-2019

Products Impacted: Fibre

Additional Information: All the customers in the above mentioned area may experience connectivity issues.

Estimated Time of Restoration: The supplier is unable to provide an Estimate Time of Restoration at this stage.

Root cause: Still under investigation.

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

The Wholesale Supplier is unable to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.

Exetel do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update:

Our supplier advised that the outage has been successfully restored.

Action taken: Network Hardware Replaced

Exetel do apologize for all the inconvenience caused.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
