Products Impacted: Fibre

Supplier: Redtrain

Event Start Time: 10/01/2020 20:40 AEST

Estimated Resolution: Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an estimated time of resolution.

Root cause: Still being investigated.

Additional Information: Some Customers in the above-mentioned area may experience a complete disruption on the connection.

Update:

Our wholesale supplier advises the outage is ongoing.

Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR) : Wholesale supplier is unable to provide an ETR at this stage.

Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update:

Services affected by the outage have started to come back online.

Please power restart your modem / router and check the service.

However, we are still awaiting confirmation from the wholesale supplier regarding the restoration of the outage.

Our supplier advises that the outage has been successfully restored.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
