Event Start Time: 17/03/2020 10.00 AEDT

Estimated Resolution: 17/03/2020 11.00 AEDT

Root cause: Our Wholesale supplier will be performing urgent network maintenance during this outage window.

Additional Information: Most customers in the above-mentioned area may experience connectivity issues.

The planned maintenance estimated time of resolution has elapsed

We are still awaiting for the final confirmation from the wholesale provider

Our supplier advises that the outage has been successfully restored.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
