Locations Affected: (Hudson Tower)220 Spencer Street, Melbourne, Victoria

Products Impacted: LBNCo/OPENetworks Fibre Services.

Event Start Time: 09/11/2020, 07:00 AEDT each Monday through Thursday

Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR): 30/11/2020, 17:00 AEDT each Monday through Thursday

Root cause: Planned network upgrade

Additional Information: LBNCo will be upgrading the Fibre to the Home (FTTH) infrastructure at Hudson Apartments starting on Monday 9th November 2020 and finishing on the 30th November 2020.

This work will involve the replacement of the LBNCo FTTH device located in the communications enclosures in the foyer ceilings.
Access to the apartments is not required.

LBNCo will be upgrading approximately 60 apartments per day.
Residents may experience a disruption to their internet, phone and TV services of up to 8 hours on their scheduled day although this should be no longer than 4 hours.

Update:

The planned maintenance estimated time of resolution has elapsed.

We are still following up with the Wholesale Supplier for confirmation of the maintenance completion.

Please power cycle your modem/router and check if issues persist. Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our supplier advises that the maintenance work has been successfully completed.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
