Root cause: Planned network upgrade
Additional Information: LBNCo will be upgrading the Fibre to the Home (FTTH) infrastructure at Hudson Apartments starting on Monday 9th November 2020 and finishing on the 30th November 2020.
This work will involve the replacement of the LBNCo FTTH device located in the communications enclosures in the foyer ceilings.
Access to the apartments is not required.
LBNCo will be upgrading approximately 60 apartments per day.
Residents may experience a disruption to their internet, phone and TV services of up to 8 hours on their scheduled day although this should be no longer than 4 hours.

The planned maintenance estimated time of resolution has elapsed.
