The PDF version of ADSL Invoices has a typo - "Item Destription" should be "Item Description".

Post by MJH » Fri Sep 07, 2007 9:31 pm

Hi, Thought I would let you know there is a broken link on page http://www.exetel.com.au/business_v_how ... ink=link04 in the left han navigation under Wireline for "1300 Services".
Just found that there is no links under the heading "Help With Sales Questions About Exetel Services" for help on page http://www.exetel.com.au/business_sales_main.php which can be found by going to the Home Page then to Small Bussiness then Sales Help.
Thanks,
MJH

http://www.exetel.com.au/transfer_order_status.php

After I type in the number, what will happen normally comes up.
Anything under that is so small, it is unreadable.

All these emails I've been getting recently say

The following is an email sent to you by an administrator of "Exetel User Help Forum". If this message is spam, contains abusive or other comments you find offensive please contact the webmaster of the board at the following address:

noreturn@exetel.com.au

It's kinda weird that you are asking us to send an email to "noreturn". Might wanna correct it.

Minor error on user facilities ADSL web page

Post by ymo » Sat Oct 06, 2007 1:56 pm

On https://www.exetel.com.au/members/adsl.php?link=link04 it states:
Exetel ADSL Tools

You can use the links on this page to look at your ADSL usage for the current month or to look at your ADSL usage for any period specified by you.

You can also move, change or cancel your ADSL1 or ADSL2 service by selecting from the options on the sidebar on the left hand side of this page.
The section in red is no longer correct as these functions have been moved to https://www.exetel.com.au/members/home.php

At the moment the "specials" ad on the left side obscures the menu dropdown. (eg residential services http://www.exetel.com.au/res_main.php) Some of the niggly little things might be fixed if you validated the pages.
