I've asked the sysadmin responsible to reply to you.royale wrote:Furthermore, on the SMS thing, once you click on "send SMS from web" (and I know this is trivial) but thought I would mention it anyway. Once you have setup a default sender, it still comes up saying that you have not setup a default sender. If you then click on "SMS default sender" the correct details are held.

When you send the first 20 SMS the charge should show as zero.Affinity wrote:Are these changes activated yet? The plans still show 40GB and I cannot see any mention of the free included SMS on any pages yet.....
The ability to create 20 emails is in place.
The ability to use up to 200 mb of free web space is in place.
Contract Period Under New Plans.
Can someone from Exetel inform, when you sign up/change to the new adsl2+ plans as of 01.11.07, does your contract period start again and if it does how long for, the reason I ask is that I will be moving in the next 6/9 mths and the area I am moving to hasn't got and will not get in the foreseeable future ADSL2+, so as well as the "normal" Tel$tra and Exetel costs associated with moving the service, I would be up for an early termination fee (due to having to downgrade to "normal" ADSL) as well if the contract period starts anew.
I once thought I made a mistake but I was wrong ?

Hey guys,
I just received an email regarding to the changes in ADSL 1 prices, but I'm confused as to how my plan will change. The prices on the website still looks the same.
I'm currently on the T 1U - 256/64 - 30.00 - 4000 (MB) plan. What will be the price increase and how are the downloads affected if I don't change plans? I'm confused.
Thanks.

When Exetel discontinued my T4U plan in June I switched to the X07 1500/256 plan. I have just discovered that it has been changed to TELI. OK, same price, increased d/l quota - BUT... I never received any notification and can find no reference to this change on the website or forum. My contact email is current.
I did receive an email on 17 Sep regarding general changes to broadband plans. The related forum post is pretty much buried in the forum index.
Please, can changes to broadband plans or other services be prominently displayed at the top of the board?
Is there a post somewhere with these new plans that I have missed?
