Thank you, JamesD to protect the privacy. I purchased the modem and submitted the application form for exetel unwired services. How long will you process the application.

Thank you

Once payment clears you will be sent a username and password to test the signal. From there if you're satisfied with signal of the wireless modem you can activate the modem and then you should get full speed. So with saying that you start off with a slower connection then you activate if the signal is fine and the contract and the service will begin.

hi, Martin

I am testing the connection, modem signal very strong 80%, connection is good. Just a bit slow, I think i like to activate the service to start the full speed.

can you tell me how to activate the service or the modem to speed up?

Thank you
