A question about speed

Having asked Martin to reduce my profile to 8mbps and here are the results:

Appreciate some interpretation.

I also ran a speed test at 7:30pm:
down 890kb/s
up 325kb/s

OK. So barring an alternative modem it seems as though you cannot support any speeds greater than just under 1500kbps. Perhaps wait to see if Exetel staff can suggest anything else.

It sounds paranoid, but I think my speeds are slower than they were previously. I am noticing in general browsing. In the past I was able to browse and d/l will no noticeable effect. After reducing my profile, the speed has decreased to an unacceptable level. In the past, it may be been slower than what other people were expecting, but it doesn't appear to be the case
