ADSL2+ "fast churn"

I noticed that TPG are offering what they call "ADSL2+ Churn" (see here).

Exetel is listed as participating but I can't find any mention of it here.

Are Exetel participating and is it for Powertel wholesaled accounts only or Optus wholesaled as well?

I don't think Powertel or Optus are part of this, thus Exetel isn't.

It looks like they just copy and pasted the ADSL1 transfer participants.

If this was the case, Telstra or Bigpond would be on the list.

I assume Exetel would be aware of the process if they were participating. You may want to call TPG about it.

It would be appreciated if you could update the thread with any news.

Any more news on this. I'm looking at going to churn from Exetel ADSL1 to TPG ADSL2+, and would like to know if its possible to do the fast churn for this, as they state that the down time will only be up to 4 hours, whereas with exetel it could be up to 7 days.
