Cancelled Phone service on 07/10, But it is Pending

I am still receiving the invoice notification for the phone service, which was cancelled on 07/10/2007.

Plan changes occur on the 1st, requests for relocation are placed depending on customers requested date, not always on the 1st.

Cancellations occur within 7 days of request usually, I will ask a member of Exetel billing staff to confirm these details.

1. Your DSL2 service was cancelled 7/10/07. The formal termination of the physical exchange equipment takes place for this type of service usually 48 hrs from 7/10/07

2. If you have elected to cancel your DSL2 service (with telephone) within Oct 07, which you have, then of course, any billable calls you've made in Oct 07, will be payable by you on the 1st of Nov 07. Then those courtesy e-mail reminders will cease after that.
