Hello Exetel,
I have read other threads that discuss the control groups but none of the posts answer my query. Given that the 1st of November has now passed that would indicate that the offpeak period is now 48gb. I have so far been under the impression that the yellow group was restricted in this period. So far I have only just exceeded 40gb (November) and assumed that I would have fallen under the green control group, whereas if i'd exceeded 48gb I would understand the restriction be in place. The previous month I was also under the 40gb allocation.
Could you shed some light on the situation?
Thanks in advance
Royale

If you are in a control group of any sort, it will say so when you log into your user facilities to check your usage.royale wrote:At this stage I will assume that the Exetel website/system has yet to be updated correctly to reflect the 48gb change. I will check out speeds again tonight to determine if I have being shaped at all.
Yes, well that I understand. But not what I was posting about.
I don't believe that I should be is the point I am trying to make. I have not downloaded over 48gb offpeak this month yet the user facilities says I am in the YELLOW POOL.
I feel Exetel have yet to update their system to reflect the correct details, ie: from 40gb last month to 48gb this month. Hope that is clearer, otherwise there are people that are now being pooled (that have already past 40gb offpeak this month) which shouldn't be.

In response, to this, we're currently looking into this. A few customers have emailed through, those that did have been informed we're looking into it.
I apologise for not letting you all know we were investigating sooner, though I'd hoped to have more concrete information before I posted on this issue.
