service status incorrect

I tried to find out whether I could change from ADSL2 to the 'naked' service (it seems I can't). In the process, I checked "Change My Service" and "Change Service Status".

According to the latter, I am changing from Option D to Option C. AFAIK, Option A in the former is the closest to what I have. It seems, however, that I am indeed on C but the terms differ wildly from any of the options I see in "Change My Service"?

Hi xanthom

The service change you refer to went through on 1 September, as noted on the "Change Service Status" page.

For details of the plan you are on, look under "Account Details" -> "View Plan Detail" in the left-hand menu of your User Facilities. The plan you are on is no longer available to new customers, or for existing customers to change to.

My cutover date was the 20th (today)
and now on teh status page it says for the cut over date is :Awaiting Comfirmation...
I am at work at the moment......so i dont know if the ADSL2+ has been activated..
Is it supposed to goto Awaiting Confirmation??

Please provide me with your service number so i can take a look for you.

But generally yes, if you had a connection date of today, it will go to awating confirmation.
