Is this the 'regular offenders' or have we new candidates "getting their monies worth" before the new limits/charges kick in?

I suppose the better news is that February is going to be a lot better with regard to usage and speeds after Midnight (I normally see a halved reduction spot on midnight).

Perhaps instead of using colours for the pools they could have been named, “The Moral Pool, The Immoral Pool and The Amoral Pool”. :cry:
